5 Foods That Reduce The Risk Of Cancer

Your eating habits will drastically affect many aspects of health including the development of various chronic diseases such as heart diseases, diabetes, and cancer. Regulation of food consumption is a must as it effects in multiple ways. Here, I’m going to talk about some of the kinds of foods that reduce the risk of cancer to a great extent.

Broccoli is among the healthiest veggies among the cruciferous vegetables as its consumption increases energy, decreases the risk of obesity, and helps in fighting pancreatic cancer.

2. Berries

Berries are rich in vitamins, juicy, sweet and sour taste and it also helps in reducing the risk of colon cancer to a great extent. So you should include all types of berries in your diet.

3. Walnuts

Walnuts can be consumed as a snack on its own. Also in salads, pasta, and baking items. They even help in suppressing breast cancer and kidney tissues.

4. Olive Oil

Olive oil is a liquid loaded with various medicinal benefits extracted from an olive tree. The main ingredient in salad dressing in various cuisines is this oil. It also reduces the chances of breast cancer and cancer of the digestive systems.

5. Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice that has various health-promoting properties. It even decreases the chances of various types of cancer such as lung, breast, and prostate. Choose your diet wisely and try to include the foods that reduce the risk of cancer at the maximum!
