Ciabatta, Multigrain Sourdough, Bagels, Pesto Bread, Ragi Bread, Beetroot Lavash … Confusing?? I know these names are very new or you might have heard or seen it somewhere in FoodFood, Living Foods kind of TV channels where they showcase international bakery items from various countries like France, Spain etc. Recently I got a call from Hungrito to review such international kind of bakery named “Le Artisan Boulangerie” – to be frank, it’s not just a basic bakery shop, it is more than that.
If I talk about the ambiance of “Le Artisan Boulangerie” – it was so fresh and unique. You likely to feel like you are sitting in some foreign country bakery shop. We were served following dishes from their menu.
Containing bread like Pesto Bread, Ragi Bread, Pumpkin Bread, Baguette and more.
All the items were very fresh and surely you are gonna feel that international taste in these dishes. My personal favorite from above list is Blueberry Muffins, Chocolate Croissant, and Oregano Cheese Melt.
If I talk about this venture, this shop gives purely international touch and attract those crowd who likes such bread, hummous and all. So overall it was a great experience to visit “Le Artisan Boulangerie” and taste such dishes.
PS – many dishes contains EGGS, therefore if you are jain or pure VEG then kindly confirm with owner first before you eat. Ravi Patel is a big time foodie. You can check out his food discoveries here: @theroundbowl
