Iranian Cuisine And Catchy Ambiance: Bogarosa, Ahmedabad

The newly opened Bogarosa at Sg Highway has become a talk of the town. It’s famous “Pink Door” has lately been in everybody’s Snapchat or Instagram stories. It is Ahmedabad’s first Iranian restaurant, with a huge menu covering all kind of cuisine. They have some amazing and sophisticated mocktails on the go. They have introduced a wide range of innovative dishes with out of the box plating. Bogarosa serves many of its dishes in tiffin boxes, tin cans and even in a toy train. They are setting an unbeatable benchmark in terms of presenting their food.

Ambiance

The restaurant has a modern ambience, attracting people of all ages. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. They also help you out with their menu to find the best dish that’ll satisfy your taste buds.

Food

The food is scrumptious and the moment it arrives, you just wish to hog upon it. The place is famous for giving its own touch. The old dishes that is something I look forward to whenever I visit a new place.

Four Cheese Fries

If you like your fries crispy and creamy at the same time, you got to have this. The fries are served in a little cute bucket, having a heap of fries tossed in simple spices and finally, a generous amount of cheese sauce made up of 4 types of cheese.

Pomegranate Sangria

I am not a mocktail fan, but after having this I surely have become one. Served in a tall glass, soda based with lots of diced apples and pomegranates. Perfect to uplift your mood and make up your evening.

Afghani Spiced Panner

An Afghani cuisine special, the gravy had true afghani flavours, it was super creamy, a bit on the sweeter side, but utterly delicious.

It comprises of onion, tomatoes and paneer served in thick brown gravy. It is served with kulchas of your choice, giving it a crunchy texture.

Baked Oreo and Caramel Cheesecake

Hands down! It’s one of the best cheesecakes available in Ahmedabad. Served on a black platter makes the dessert more eye pleasing.

The base is made with oreo crumbs and melted butter, the caramel flavour cream cheese is baked to perfection. The cheesecake was moist and dense at the same time and served with a fine amount of drizzle of caramel sauce. You surely can’t get enough of this beautiful piece.
